Whoa. Weird dream last night. I died. Crazy stuff happens in the afterlife.
Today was VASE (Visual Arts Scholastic Event). I entered a drawing, and for about the past week I've been thinking to myself, "What the hell have I done?" My entry wasn't that good and I really didn't feel comfortable with the idea of someone judging it. But I went anyway, and seeing other people's stuff did not help boost my confidence at all. I got there around 9:15, got the judging form, sat for about 10 min., and then went to one of the judging guys. He was really nice and complemented certain things about my picture and told me how I could do better. It was completely over by 9:45. It all seems so surreal now. It wasn't so bad after all.
