Special Feature
This isn't a real post; it's just a poem.

Ten Little Dorks
A modification of Ten Little Indians
By Caitlee

Ten little dorks went out to dine
Sarah choked her little self and then there were nine.

Nine little dorks went out to party late
Chase danced way too much and then there were eight.

Eight little dorks for spring break went to Devon
Chris said he'd stay there and then there were seven.
(Then on the way home they shot him in the head.)

Seven little dorks played tags with sticks
Zack got his eyes poked out and then there were six.

Six little dorks got honey from a hive
Josh got chased and stung to death and then there were five.

Five little dorks went out to party more
John ate way too much cake and then there were four.

Four little dorks rode a ship upon the sea
Danny jumped out and then there were three.

Three little dorks had nothing left to do
Caitlee died of boredom and then there were two.

Two little dorks started playing with a gun
Heather got shot and then there was one.

One little dork crying a whole ton
Leslie looked about and hanged herself and then there were none.

One More to Last You The Weekend

A complex personality, you appeal only to two kinds of people - those who accept everything at face value and, most importantly, those who deeply understand the greater things you believe in. Skeptics are hard to win over, but those who like you will respect you forever. What Kind Of Anime/Manga Are You?

(Mitsuki-chan says- Not to be confused with adult anime or hentai)

Oh, Phsaw!
For about the past week, I've been reading this great quote book. While reading this book, I read quote by one man, and the more I read what he said, the more I liked him. This man's name was George Bernard Shaw. One page in the quote book solely consisted of his quotes and the title of this page is the same as the title of this post. Now I will type all the George Bernard Shaw quotes that I have read so far:

"I quote myself often. It adds spice to my conversation"

"We learn from history that we learn nothing from history"

"She had lost the power of conversation, but not, unfortunately, the power of speech."

"Why should we take sex advice from the pope? If he knows anything about it, he shouldn't."

"The longer I live, the more I see that I am never wrong about anything, and that all the pains that I have so humbly taken to verify my notions have only wasted my time."

"I want to be all used up when I die."

"An asylum for the sane would be empty in America."

"Life levels all men. Death reveals the eminent."

"With the exception of Homer, there is no eminent writer, not even Sir Walter Scott, whom I can despise so entirely as I despise Shakespeare, when I measure my mind against his."

"A Native American elder once described his own inner struggles in this manner: inside of me there are two dogs. One of the dogs is mean and evil. The other dog is good. The mean dog fights the good dog all the time. When asked which dog wins, he reflected."

"When two people are under the influence of the most violent, most insane, most delusive, and most transient of passions, they are required to swear that they will remain in that excited, abnormal, and exhausting condition until death do them part."

"All great truths begin as blasphemies."

"Few people think more than two or three times a year; I have made an international reputation for myself by thinking once or twice a week."

"Life does not cease to be funny when people die any more that it ceases to be serious when people laugh."

"Most people do not pray; they only beg."

"Forget about likes and dislikes. They are of no conxequence. Just do what must be done. This may not be happiness, but it is greatness."

"When a man wants to murder a tiger he calls it sport; when a tiger want to murder him he calls it ferocity."

"The minority is sometimes right; the majority always wrong."

"There is no satisfaction in hanging a man who does not object to it."

"I'm an atheist and I thank God for it."

"The first condition of progress is the removal of censorship."

"There may be some doubt as to who are the best people to have children, but there is no doubt that parents are the worst."

"It is assumed that the woman must wait motionless until she is wooed. That is how a spider waits for the fly."

"Patriotism is you conviction that this country is superior because you were born in it."

"The reasonable man adapts himself to the conditions that surround him; the unreasonable man adapts surrounding conditions to himself. Progress depends on the unreasonable man."

"Hell is full of musical amateurs."

"No diet will remove all the fat from your body because the brain is entirely fat. Without a brain, you might look good, but all you could do is run for public office."

Ah, just great wit. What makes me like him even more is that he was for women's rights. I had to go through 233 pages to get all these quotes, but it was worth it.

"The Quiz"
First, a little note that I forgot to include in yesterday's post. In a demon's vocabulary, there are certain words that mean the same things, but are taken differently.

weird - a compliment
strange -indifference (not good or bad)
odd - an insult

evil - not nessicarily good, but still considered a compliment
vile - a terrible insult

Another thing I forgot to mention is that no two demons can be the same animal. Here are the ones taken so far:
Ape
Wolf
Barracuda
Hummingbird
Orca
Jaguar
Otter
Tiger
Falcon
Dog
Newt
Hedgehog
Dolphin
Snow Leopard
Penguin
Sea Turtle
Horse
Koala
Seal
Eagle

And now, the infamous "Quiz":

1.) Which of the following would you be most likely to "say"?

A. *woof*
B. Polly want a cracker!
C. Bubbles!!
D. *squish*...."uh oh".
E. *hiss*

2.) If you could have one of the following, which would you choose?

A. Gills
B. scales
C. wings
D. a tail
E. an outer skeleton

3.) Choose one:

A. Myoga
B. Skippy
C. Ayame
D. Kir
E. Touji

4.) What is your favorite sport/activity?

A. skydiving
B. tag
C. leap frog
D. cricket (you know, that thing they play in Britain)
E. swimming

5.) Which stereotype suits you best?

A. day dreamer/ optimist
B. weirdo
C. goth
D. nerd
E. Just NORMAL, I say!!

6.) Describe yourself and list your favorite animal(s).

And that is "The Quiz". - ^.~

Ja ne!~ Mitsuki-chan

P.S. - ~*M*~, just for the record you will need a name. Either I can come up with a (Japanese) name for you, or you can make one up yourself, or you can use your real name. Whatever you choose, please tell me so I can put you in "The List". ^_^

The story of the 3rd Moon of Earth
Before ~*M*~ can take the quiz, she must read this.

It all started about a year ago. In advisory, I would go around saying I was a wolf demon (like the demons from Inuyasha). Chris then started saying I was from the 3rd moon of Earth. We then decided he was an ape demon from the 3rd moon of Earth. We decided to make a quiz to see what kind of demons those we deemed worthy were. Alex was the first to take the quiz. The was dubbed the Eagle demon of the 3rd Moon of Earth (after he declined being the pine marten). We three then became the Demon Council. In time, we had multiple people take the quiz I created. After a while, I came up with an organized way to devide the "demons". Here is how it is set-

Demon Council- the leaders, could be considered almost "royalty"-consists of 3 people

1st Class demons- the "lords" or "ladies"- 13 people

2nd Class demons - the "merchants" - 26 people (only 5 of these spots have been taken)

3rd Class demons - lowest class, almost like the "beggars"- unspecified amount of people

However, so far only 20 demons have been "found". Unfortunatly, Alex, a council member, has become traitorous and has been reduced to 3rd class until he can redeem himself. That leaves Chris and me in a bad posistion. We have to find a new council member, but it isn't as easy as it seems. We have to find someone who will participate in decision making, but won't abuse their power.

Now let's get to the "real" (yet abridged) story of the 3rd Moon of Earth.

You see, my friend, we the people of Earth, are not originally from Earth itself. We all come one of the three moons of Earth and those who know this are on a never-ending quest to go back to the sacred place of their birth. However, few know of this, and those few are all from the 3rd moon. These few have all been shunned here on Earth, looked down upon by those who were once considered inferior. The Demons of the 3rd Moon of Earth have been stripped of their powers since traveling to Earth. 'Tis a tragedy that we will never be able to find our paradise.

From the 1st moon, come the "bugs". These vile creatures attack and often kill demons (in othe words, they are bullies). They are often popular on Earth for they pick on demons, which is considered "cool". Also, they are not the brightest creatures. Although they can often hurt demons physically and mentally, they will never be able to outsmart them or make higher grades in school. If demons were ever able to obtain their true power, we could easily smash these lowly bugs. A good example of a bug, is Keeton McNutt. (God, I hate her!)

From the 2nd moon, come people who have "daemons". In other words, they have a "second half" to themselves that comes in animal form. These people were first written about in the His Dark Materials trilogy (in other words, that where I got the idea from). These people are generally friendly with demons. Family members of demons almost always are those with daemons. The only case in which two people who are related can both be demons is if they are twins (which has never happened before, and will most likely never happen) or they are very distantly related (like 5th cousins or something- which also has never happened and is highly unlikely). An example of a person with a daemon who isn't related to a demon is Madison Hollan (I made her one because she is a friend of Heather).

From the 3rd moon, come "aliens" and "demons". Demons basically feel indifference towards aliens although they are the main source of "prey" to them. Aliens look like what we call "humans". Demons look human, but have animal characteristics.

All races of people stick together as the saying "Birds of a feather, flock together" states even if they sometimes argue.

And that, is the story. Or at least as much of it as I can remember at the moment. ^_^' If there is anything that you don't understand, just comment and I'll try to explain.
